Single Level Houses or Apartments (up to 3 bedrooms) ... $350 AUD

Double Level Houses or Apartments ... $450 AUD

Buildings with more than 10 apartments, Commercial space (offices, stores, warehouses) and Hotels / Motels / Meeting rooms are quoted individually.

ADDITIONAL FACTORS

A number of factors affect the time, risk, difficulty and value of these services.

These include, but are not limited to the age and history of the property; Acreage and outbuildings; Proximity to problematic sites; Lifestyle of previous or present owners or tenants; Market price and amenities including location, proximity to water and water access; and unusual interior or exterior details.

Be advised that I sometimes find unpredictable challenging problems during the actual process of doing this work. For example unusual energetic features of the land; historical dramas that are still affecting the present moment in the timeline; large numbers of ghosts and particularly recalcitrant demons or other entities. (All in a days work here.)
